Kinesiology Tape 2,5 cm x 5 m is a specially designed elastic tape made of a blend of 85% special cotton and 15% elastic Spandex for use in kinesiology taping. Tape colour - black. Narrower tapes are used for rounded taping - e.g. around the knee, elbows, etc., where wide tapes are difficult to apply. In addition, they are used for taping in narrower parts of the body - e.g. wrists or for local pain of smaller extent. The tape is waterproof - it allows full use even in contact with water - for outdoor and water sports. At the same time, it is breathable to prevent excessive sweating of the skin underneath after application. The adhesive is made of NON-allergenic polyurethane, which contains no latex or other chemical additives. The tape ensures full range of motion after application, it does not restrict it in any way. The bandage has an elasticity of 170%, guaranteeing pliability while maintaining a constant tension on the body. The elasticity of the tape is the same as the elasticity of the skin. The function of the tape is based on the principle of stimulation, activation of the nervous and circulatory system, which positively affects the musculoskeletal and lymphatic system. When applied, the tape increases the flow of lymphatic and blood circulation, while reducing pressure on blood vessels and stimulating skin receptors. All these factors positively influence and accelerate the healing process. The undeniable advantage of kinesiology tape is its gentleness to the skin and the possibility of comfortable application without restrictions, all day long.
