Parcel Shop

With Balíkovna, you can have your package delivered right to your door or conveniently pick it up at a self-service locker. You can track your shipment online or via the mobile app and pick it up quickly using a shared code. Balíkovna offers flexibility—you can schedule your pickup at a time that works for you and choose the pickup location that suits you best. Plus, you can rest assured that your package will be safely stored until you pick it up.

DPD

With DPD, you can have your package conveniently delivered right to your door at a time that works for you. We offer reliable real-time tracking and delivery you can always count on. With DPD, you can easily adjust the delivery time or pickup location to suit your needs. Plus, you can rest assured that your package will be handled by an experienced courier from shipment through delivery.

DHL

With DHL, your package will arrive quickly and safely right at your doorstep. Key benefits include reliable delivery, real-time tracking, and international delivery to more than 220 countries. With DHL, you can choose a delivery time and adjust the pickup location to suit your needs. Thanks to their professional delivery service, you can be sure that an experienced courier will take care of your package from shipment to delivery.

How It All Works

Google Pay

Google Pay is a service that offers an easy and fast way to make contactless payments, just like with a regular payment card. To use this payment method, you must have your payment card saved in the Google Store app, in your Google Account, or in the Chrome browser.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay offers an easy, secure, and private way to pay on your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac without having to use a physical card or cash. Simply add your payment card to the device you want to use to make payments.

Online Card Payment

Please use a card that is enabled for online payments. The transaction is encrypted and secure. To pay online, your card must be issued in the EU. When entering your card information, you can choose whether or not to save it with us. If you choose to save it, you won’t have to re-enter your payment details for every subsequent purchase.

Payment by Bank Transfer

You will pay for your order via bank transfer. We will email you the payment details after you complete your order. We will begin processing your order once the payment has been credited to our account.

Cash on Delivery (29 Kč)

You can pay for your order in cash or by credit card when you receive the package from the carrier. Please note that a 29 Kč fee is charged for cash on delivery. External carriers allow for cash-on-delivery payments by credit card or in cash; however, we cannot guarantee the credit card payment option with all external carriers due to the equipment available to couriers in a given location or temporary technical issues.

 

Payment at the store upon pickup

You can pay for your order in cash or by card when you pick up your package at our store.
