Special cranked shaft (Triceps) for double-handed loader 8 kg, diameter 30 mm, shaft length 1220 mm, thread on loading ends of shaft + clamping nut. The length of the loading part is 18 cm. The bar is bent so that each muscle part can be strengthened separately. The hand grips are equipped with non-slip knurling for maximum stability of the dumbbell in the hand. The bar is suitable for strengthening triceps, biceps and upper body muscles. The photo is illustrative. The shape of the dumbbell matches, the loading ends are threaded and nutted.
