The secret to the effectiveness of this Acra mat and pillow lies in their 296 spiked rosettes. Each rosette is precisely fitted with 27 spikes, strategically designed to stimulate key acupressure points on your body.
The set also includes a pillow with optimally spaced spikes. Its special design provides comfortable support for your head and neck while you relax on the mat. It can also be used for targeted stimulation of acupressure points on various parts of the body, such as the neck, back, hips, or feet.
