The machine comes with a power adapter for plugging into an electrical outlet (the machine is powered by the mains; no batteries are required). The machine is powered by the AC outlet via the adapter. This allows for fully automatic resistance adjustment according to the selected program. It is a perfectly engineered exercise machine with preset programs, featuring the following specifications:
