This balance and massage cushion (lens-shaped) with a diameter of 33 cm has a wide range of uses - for sports training, rehabilitation and various therapeutic exercises. It is suitable for all types of self-weight exercises, balance training, strengthening exercises and healthy sitting. The convex shape and massage protrusions improve posture, relieve back pain, and are ideal for relaxation and body strengthening. The cushion is made of high quality and durable PVC. NEEDLE NOT INCLUDED. The weight capacity of the cushion is 120 kg.

The cushion can be inflated or deflated as needed to the desired stiffness. The cushion can be used in the office, at home and on the go.
When sitting on a partially inflated cushion, correct posture can be achieved. The massage protrusions can help stimulate the reflex parts of the feet.
