The Bravo High Pressure Pump is a high quality inflatable device that is suitable for very efficient inflation of all inflatable equipment. This type of pump is especially useful for SUP and kayaks with drop stitch. The pump can effectively inflate up to a maximum pressure of 29 psi, which is equivalent to 1.9 bar.The Bravo pump operates in Double Action mode, which means that the piston performs its task by moving in both directions, forward and backward. With the Double Action pump, inflation time is significantly reduced, increasing the efficiency of the process. The Bravo pump can also operate in Single Action mode, in fact the mode switch can be switched from Double Action to Single Action. This way the piston only does its job during the pushing phase.The mode change is useful if the inflator starts to gradually stiffen during an inflation operation that is close to reaching the ideal pressure. Setting the pump to Single Action mode will then require less force. This will make inflation more comfortable and easier to complete.The corrugated hose supplied with the Bravo pump is terminated with a bayonet connector specifically for high pressure valves often found on inflatable SUPs or kayaks.
