Fixed (or rigid) tape, 5 cm x 9.14 m, brown, is a specially designed rigid tape made from a blend of 95% special cotton and 5% viscose, coated with adhesive for use in taping. These tapes are used to stabilize joints, similar to braces. Unlike braces, however, you can adjust the tape as needed. The tape is water-resistant—allowing for full use even when in contact with water—making it suitable for outdoor and water sports. At the same time, it is partially breathable. The adhesive is made from a NON-ALLERGENIC zinc oxide-based adhesive that contains no latex or other chemical additives. It is used to support athletic performance and to prevent and treat acute and chronic conditions of the musculoskeletal system. This standard-strength, easily removable tape—which, thanks to its non-elastic properties, ensures reliable stabilization and support—is available in a natural brown color. The main function of non-elastic tape is to immobilize and restrict movement in affected parts of the body—primarily joints, tendons, and ligaments—to prevent further unwanted damage. Therefore, its high strength and adhesive properties are of the utmost importance.
