The roller is made of durable, impact-resistant polyethylene material with a stiffening polypropylene cylinder in the middle. A layer of rigid polyethylene foam is then welded onto the cylinder. The surface structure with protrusions and depressions is an effective massager and massages the body during exercise, providing deeper and more precise muscle stimulation.
