The MERACH R26 Double-Scull is a magnetic rowing machine with a steel frame, designed for full-body home workouts. The design allows the rail to be folded down 180°, enabling the rowing machine to be stored in a vertical position and reducing the space required for storage. The stable frame and double rail ensure smooth operation during regular use.
Resistance is generated by a double-paddle magnet (Double-Scull), and the intensity can be adjusted using a rotary control with 16 levels (up to 37 kg). This system simulates the natural resistance of water while rowing. The rowing machine engages most muscle groups, particularly the lower body, core, back, and upper body. The ergonomically shaped seat, non-slip handle, and adjustable pedals with straps allow for customization to suit users of various body types.
The training computer displays basic workout data and, thanks to its Bluetooth connection, allows you to link to the MERACH, Kinomap, and Zwift training apps, which expand your options for tracking performance and workout structure.
Technical Information:
A colorful hula hoop with a diameter of 70 cm. The hoops are available in various colors. The most important factors to consider when choosing a diameter are the height and waist circumference of the person using it.
