The triceps rope is a fitness attachment - an adapter to fitness benches and fitness towers. It allows you to perform various exercises on the arms, especially on the triceps, biceps and also on the back muscles. The rope grip is made of high quality durable materials with rubber or plastic black end caps. The diameter of the rope is 2.5 cm, the diameter of the end cap is 4.5 cm. The adapter is attached to the rope on the pulley with a metal clip.
