This popular and versatile fitness aid is great for a full body workout. It works as a dry skating simulator, features high durability and easy handling. It is ideal for hockey players, speed skaters and other athletes. The underside of the pad is coated with a non-slip layer for added safety.
The mat is used for effective weight training using your own body weight. It consists of a skid plate and a pair of sleeves that fit over shoes or feet and allow for smooth gliding over the surface of the plate. During exercise, your weight acts as a natural resistance, thus strengthening your muscles. The exercises are based on concentrated friction movements that activate muscle groups thanks to the sleeves and friction on the mat. With this mat you will effectively strengthen the muscles of the whole body, especially the lower limbs, while strengthening important stabilising muscles.
To ensure longevity and prevent scratches, we recommend cleaning the surface of the mat of dust before each use. The Slide Board is suitable for use on both carpet and hard floors such as wood, concrete or linoleum. It is important that the surface is always clean and dry. Use on grass is not recommended.
