In recent years, thanks to technological advances in construction methods, it has become possible to create high-performance inflatable kayaks. Thanks to modern construction techniques, inflatable canoes and kayaks today are comparable in every respect to hard-shell kayaks, while retaining the unique characteristics of inflatable equipment, such as easy transport and the small amount of space they require for storage at home or in a garage.
Thanks to its semi-enclosed design, the V-Shape Duo inflatable canoe looks very similar to a rigid kayak and offers comparable performance. The kayak is extremely sturdy thanks to Drop-Stitch technology and high inflation pressure (12 psi).
The V-Shape Duo inflatable kayak has a flat bottom, which helps increase stability during trips and recreational activities on rivers with gentle currents, in sea bays, and on lakes. There is also a quick-drain valve on the bottom that optimizes drainage of the hull when needed.
The ratio of the boat’s length to width provides good stability without significantly compromising the maximum speed that can be achieved. In addition, the removable center fin helps maintain directional stability while paddling.
The included seats are high-quality and provide greater comfort than those found on traditional inflatable canoes. They attach to the tubes of the V-Shape Duo kayak using special adjustable straps. The stern and bow of the V-Shape Duo JBAY.ZONE kayak are equipped with practical carrying handles and elastic straps for safely securing gear during your trip.
The load capacity is excellent: the V-Shape inflatable canoe can carry a total weight of 231 kg.
After the trip, the V-Shape Duo can be easily deflated, packed into a backpack, and loaded into the trunk of a car.
