The ACRA 5400 treadmill is designed for home use wherever reliable performance, a comfortable run, and the ability to customize your workout are required. Thanks to its 2.0 HP continuous-duty motor, it provides smooth operation at speeds ranging from 1 to 16 km/h, making it suitable for both brisk walking and regular running at a faster pace.
The electrically controlled incline, ranging from 0–15%, significantly expands your training options. By simply increasing the incline, you can simulate running uphill, increase the intensity of your workout, and engage more muscle groups in your lower body. Adjustments can be made directly while running without having to interrupt your workout.
The 120 × 45 cm running deck offers ample space for a safe and comfortable stride. The suspension system, complemented by a two-layer polyurethane running surface, helps absorb impact upon foot strike and reduces stress on the joints. The running deck is 17 cm above the ground, making it easy to step on and off the treadmill.
The model offers 15 preset training programs that automatically adjust the intensity during your workout. The easy-to-read LCD display shows all key metrics: speed, time, distance, calories burned, heart rate, incline angle, and an approximate body fat reading (Body Fat). Heart rate is measured using sensors located in the handrails.
The control panel also features built-in speakers to enhance your workout when you connect an external device.
Thanks to Bluetooth connectivity, the treadmill can be connected to the Zwift and Kinomap apps, which offer virtual routes, performance tracking, and interactive workouts. The apps are available for both Android and iOS; after an initial 14-day trial period, they may be subject to a fee according to the provider’s terms.
The foldable design allows for easy storage after your workout. The running deck can be lifted between the handrails, and the treadmill can be easily moved using the transport wheels. Safety is ensured by a quick-stop brake for immediate halting.
