The Acra Power Aquabag XL 35-liter water resistance bag is a practical exercise tool for home workouts—just fill it with water and you’re ready to start exercising. This water resistance bag is a great alternative to traditional dumbbells, perfect for those who want to do strength training but don’t want to store heavy dumbbells at home. It’s also ideal for travel—you don’t need to carry heavy dumbbells, yet you can still enjoy a high-quality workout. All you need is access to water. The bag itself is very lightweight, but when filled with water, it can reach a weight of up to 35 kg. The bag is equipped with two types of handles for an easy grip and features fill indicators for precise filling, allowing you to select your desired resistance. This makes the Power Aquabag a versatile tool for both men and women, suitable for strength training, explosive power training, and improving overall fitness.
Handling: The bag is very easy to use and suitable for everyone. Simply fill it with water to the desired weight, seal it, and inflate it using the pump included in the package.
A key advantage of the water-filled exercise bag is its two sturdy loops, which allow for better control during exercises and ensure the bag doesn’t slip out of your hands during your workout. You can use the bag to perform various exercises such as squats, lunges, and both pulling and pushing exercises.
